As it is with most free Internet tricks posted here, this trick needs a tunneling app to work effectively. There's no restriction or limitations when using this trick on iOS, Android, Windows, Linux or any mobile or desktop operating system.
To get started, Movistar users are to get any tunneling app of their choice or get SecureTun (recommended) and ensure that they are using the default Access Point configuration in the their phones settings. If it isn't, they are to restore it back to the default.
