Angry Man Sues Parent For Giving Birth To Him Without His Consent

 A 27-year-old Indian man has said that he is going to sue his parents for giving birth to him without he granting them the consent to bring him into this world.

Raphael Samuel, went viral after he made the announcement in a YouTube video in which he wore a fake beard and sunglasses, saying that his parents should pay for his life since he was conceived without his consent.


According to the BBC, Samuel said that it was wrong to bring children into the world because they would have to put up with lifelong suffering.

Though Samuel understands that the consent of an unborn child can't be sought, he however insists that people that were born didn't ask for it.

"Something that was not your decision, you cannot be responsible for it," Samuel said.

Samuel's belief is based on anti-natalism, a philosophy that argues that people should stop procreation because life is full of misery.

"I want people to understand that they do not owe their parents anything and that if we are born without our consent than we should be maintained for the rest of our life," Samuel said in the YouTube video. "We should be paid to live by them."

Though he plans to sue his parents, Samuel said that his parents (both of whom are lawyers) have no hard feelings towards him and that he also loves them.

"I love my parents, and we have a great relationship, but they had me for their joy and their pleasure," he told The Print.

"My life has been amazing, but i don't see why i should put another life through the rigmarole of school and finding a career, especially when they didn't ask to exist," he said.

Samuels mum, in a statement responded to the "upheaval" that her son had created.

"I must admire's son's temerity to want to take his parents to court knowing both of us are lawyers. And if Raphael could come up with a rational explanation as to how we could have sought his consent to be born, I will accept my fault," his mother said.

Samuel created a Facebook Page a year ago called Nihilanand, and have been making posts that includes taglines such as , "your parents had you instead of a toy or a dog," and "someone had you for their pleasure."

A US court has ordered a Florida man to pay $150,000 in damages and also $66,869 in attorney fees for creating and sharing a cheating tool that allowed players of Grand Theft Auto Online to perform several cheats during the game.

According to TorrentFreak, the man whose name is Jhonny Perez was accused by Take-Two Interactive Software, the company behind GTA of making and distributing a cheating software called Elusive, a paid cheating software for GTA Online that allowed players to get infinite money and perform various of cheats.

This act, according to Take-Two Interactive, violated their copyright, disrupted gameplay balancing, threw off its in-game purchase model and sourced the experienced for honest players.


Perez sold the Elusive hacking tool online for prices ranging between $10 and $30, depending on the package.

However, before Take-Two filled for copy right infringement against Perez, the company contacted him and was open to negotiating a settlement.

Though the Perez took down the hacking tool in 2018 and said he would donate the proceeds to charity when Take-Two contacted, he however failed to provide financial records when the company demanded so as to know how much money he had made from the cheat.

The silent response made Take-Two to file for the default judgment.

"Take-Two has been irreparably harmed by Mr. Perez's infringing conduct and will contnue to be harmed unless enjoined," US District Court Judge Kevin Castel said in the his order.

"Mr. Perez's Elusive jadwal creates new features and elements in Grand Theft Auto which can be used to harm legitimate players, causing Take-Two to lose control over its carefully balanced plan for how its video game is designed to be played," the judge said.

Social media giant Facebook is putting an end to its unpaid market research programs by pulling its Onavo VPN app from the Google Play Store, six months after it pulled the iOS version of Onavo VPN from Apple App Store, TechCrunch reports.

"Market research helps companies build better products for people," a Facebook spokesperson told Techcrunch while confirming the change. "We are shifting our focus to reward-based market which means we're going to end the Onavo program."


Acquired by Facebook in 2013 for a reported fee of $200 million, Onavo VPN promised to limit other applications from using too much data, and as well encrypt user's personal information and connection via a secure tunnel. The company however used the app for market research.

Facebook used the Onavo Protect VPN app to monitor website people visit and as well as time spent, and other things. The data Facebook got fom Onavo Protect showed that WhatsApp users were sending as much as twice the messages sent on Facebook Messenger. This insight convinced Facebook to buy the messaging service for the sum of $19 billion.

The data Facebook analyzed from Onavo Protect VPN also helped it to monitors competitors, figure out what features or app to clone and integrate. Snapchat is a very big example here. Facebook used the Onavo Protect VPN app to discover some of  Snapchat's features which it then added to Instagram to grow and maintain her user base.


Facebook came under heavy scrutiny after a TechCrunch reports.

A UK farming startup has created an app that help farmers find a breeding partner for cows and bulls searching for "moo love."

The Tinder like app which is called Tudder, let users to find breeding match by viewing pictures of cattle, age, location and the owner.

When the swipe right, which is an indication that they are interested in the match, the app will then let out a mooing sound. However, the app won't let out any sound if the user swipes left to show rejection in the match.


"Tudder is a new swipe-led matchmaking app, helping farm animals across the UK find breeding partners in the quest for moo love," the app description read on Apple app store.

According to Hectare, designer of the app, the app "seeks to unite sheepish farm animals with their soulmates." Selling animals using social media can speed up a process that often involves transporting animals long distance for breeding.

Farmers can choose profile description in the app which ranges from "nice big strong sorts make nice suckler cows" to "quiet well grown young bull ready." Also, farmers can decide to restrict other online information on the animal ..... information like whether the animal is organic, pedigree or on a farm where tuberculosis has been detected.

Whenever a farmer or user swipes right on an image of a particular cow, they are directed to Hectare's livestock buying website. Now on this website, information on the animal's health, character and others are made available.
