Hmd Global Launches Nokia 106 Feature Phone, Releases Two More Colors For Nokia 230

HMD Global, makers of Nokia phones has released another phone called the Nokia 106. The manufacturer also released two new colour variants for the Nokia 230.

The Nokia 106 is an affordable feature phone that comes with a candy kafe design and a T9 physical keyboard. The phone sports a 1.8-inch, 160x120 colour display, and a polycarbonate body.

The phone runs on Nokia's Series 30+ operating system, and is powered by an MTK 6261D processor paired with 4MB of RAM and 4MB of storage capacity.

Other features includes a headphone jack, a Micro USB charger and a removable battery of 800mAh.

According to Nokia, the battery lasts "from sunrise to sunset with one charge," which is what we all expect from a feature phone. An all day battery life. We get the all day battery life even when the phone is being used through out the whole day.

However, the battery lasts for weeks on standby. The spec says users can get up to 21.9 days of battery life. Users can get 36 hours of continuous FM play. You can also get up to 15.7 hours of talk time.
The Nokia 106 supports dual-SIM, can store up to 2000 contacts and 500 messages, and it weigh just 70 grams.

Nokia says the 106 feature phone has inherent colouring which means that the colour runs inside the material, thus, scratches will be less visible.

The Nokia 106 comes with the Snake Xenzia game built-in, and there are other demo games which the person buying the device will have to pay for it if they are interested.

As stated in the beginning of the post, HMD also released two colour variants for the Nokia 230 - dark blue and light grey.
