Procedures:
There are two procedures on how to access this free Internet access. The first procedure has to deal with a tunneling app, while the second doesn't have to deal with any tunneling app but an online proxy extension.

Method 1 is recommended for everyone, however, the first method sometimes suffers disconnection while the second method doesn't. Though the second method is a bit slow when compared to the first method of the trick.


Method:1
1. Click here to download Psiphon or any tunneler app of your choice.
2. Install the app and then open
3. Go to Options, and then click on More Options.
4. Now configure as instructed below:
    Connect through an HTTP Proxy: Tick
    Use the following settings: Tick it
       Host Address: www.4glte.at.dz or www.4glte.at.dz.kproxy.com
       Port: 80 or 8080
5. Return back and connect, and enjoy free Internet access on the Algerie $GLTE Telecom network.

Method:2
1. Open your web browser (preferably Chrome or Firefox)
2. In the URL bar, type www.4glte.at.dz.kproxy.com
3. When it opens, input the web address that you want to visit and then begin to surf the web.
