Fornite Streamer Arrested For Allegedly Assaulting Pregnant Wife During Twitch Live Stream

Police in Australia have arrested a Fortnite streamer for allegedly assaulting his partner during a live broadcast on Twitch.

The 24-year-old Fortnite streamer who goes by the handle of MrDeadMoth, has been accused of domestic abuse during a Twitch live broadcast. The videos of the incident have circulated online.

According to video clips of the incident shared on Twitter by @KeemStar and @Slasher, MrDeadMoth can be heard on the livestream arguing with his partner, a 21-year-old pregnant woman repeatedly kept asking him to stop playing the game.

"Can you not? I said I'll be out soon," the man said before storming out of his seat. Next, what appears to be the sound of slap can be heard off camera. The woman responded by calling him a "woman basher," while sobbing in the background.

"Don't hit me in the face," she said. "Do you hear that, all you people there? He just hit me in the face."

"F**k off you dog, you don't pay the f**king bill," the man said as he returned back to his seat to resume his Fortnite. However, the argument continued and he then launched a second assault on the woman as a child can be heard screaming "daddy, daddy" in the background as the screaming and chaos continues.

This incident happened on Sunday, and none of the alleged assault was captured on camera.

Police officers from Camden were contacted after a witness reported the incident which led to the arrest of the man.

MrDeadMoth has been charged with common assault and served with a apprehended violence order. Bail has been granted to him, and is expected to appear in court on Thursday.

The police has confirmed that the pregnant woman was ok, along with two girls aged three and 20 months who were at home during the time of the incident.
